Thank for stopping by our Whimsy Kits store, we sew smiles one stitch at a time. Our hand stitching kits are perfect for beginner stitchers and expert sewists. Almost everything is included so you can simply sit down, relax and get creative. All the instructions are fully diagrammed and illustrated to insure your success.

PAYMENT

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club. Card information is processed through Stripe, which is is level 1 PCI compliant and uses 128 bit SSL encryption to ensure credit card data is safe and secure.

Shipping

We ship domestic and international orders USPS first class. Typically all orders ship same day. If you place an order on Saturday or Sunday we will ship it Monday. We provide customers with USPS Tracking information as soon as the shipping label is printed.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Our detailed product descriptions are accurate but if you're unhappy with your purchase we will refund the kit cost if you return it unused within 14 days. We strive for perfection but once in a blue moon an item might be missing from a kit. If this is the case please let us know ASAP and we do our very best to remedy the situation and earn your continued patronage.

WHOLESALE PRICING

Wholesale pricing is dependent on a minimum order of twelve (12) kits. You can mix and match kit styles to reach the minimum. Depending on the size of a wholesale order, we may require a couple days to assemble and pack it for shipping. Most domestic large orders ship economically by USPS Priority Mail.
